the peace of creation

The last challenge of the year for Photo Friday is ‘Best of 2011′.

I took this shot in Lapland on a slow speed due to the massive lack of light and a desire to contrast the speed of the huskies amidst a beautiful haven of stillness, peace and harmony. The image has something of the sacredness of creation about it that I wish I could experience afresh at this very minute.

I love this shot and it is one of the last I took of 2011.
