hands

I took this shot at a recent exhibition, Eyes Wide Open,  in the cathedral.

The hands are made from Plaster of Paris, and were installed in the Lady Chapel … some seem to be resting, resigned to their destiny, while others seem to be in poses of prayer or praise. I loved just sitting and looking at these while they were here.
